When do you run your art classes?
We only run children's classes during the school holidays, with the exception of adhoc events.
We run adult classes throughout the year.
When do you release dates for holiday classes?
It is best to join our mailing list and you will be the first to know. Our facebook page and Instagram is also updated regularly.
How many children are in the classes?
Classes are limited to 6 children per class for 2-6 year olds, so individual attention can be given to each child during the class. An adult should accompany child who are 5 years old and under.
In the 5-11 year old classes there is a limit of 8 children per class. Parents are not obliged to stay for these classes, but it's entirely up to you and your child.
Are there refreshments?
2-6 year old sessions: Yes, we have tea and coffee available for free for the grown ups
Adult classes: Yes, Prosecco or something softer too.
What is provided in classes?
We have aprons, and all materials are included.
We have a wash basin so you can even wash hands if they are very messy.
Where is The Art House?
The Art House is in Horsell Village. We have a studio on Horsell Park.
When booking for a class, directions will be emailed to you.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available and easy access with pushchairs.
I don't have a car, how do I get to The Art House with public transport?
We are a 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) from Woking station. We are also a 5 minute walk from Horsell Village High Street.
Are you allowed to work with children?
Yes, I have a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service).
How do I pay for a class?
We have an online booking system and you can pay via PayPal.
If you don't have PayPal, please select 'pay in person' and banking details will be sent to you through your confirmation email
Please pay via BACS within 48 hours when booking for a class. This will secure your space in the class.
You will also receive a reminder email the day before the class.
Can I get a refund for a missed class?
A lot of time and expense goes into planning a class.
We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
