CLASSES DURING COVID:

What to expect:

Classes will be limited to 6 children per class (7 if there is a sibling). We will not be offering Art Camp or Little Artists (2-6 year olds) classes this Summer as these classes require more assistance and are more hands on. There will only be 2 hour long classes at a time.

Classes will be held in the garage (The Art Garage! - same location) to safely accommodate students at a safe distance.

Children are to use the hand sanitizer provided when they arrive. Please bring your own apron or wear old clothes.

Your child can bring a named water bottle.

The garage door will be open so please let your child have some layers of warm clothing incase the wind blows or gets chilly.

Please ask your child to use the toilet at home before they arrive. The studio toilet will be available to use but will only be cleaned after the class, not after each student who has used it.

If your child is not feeling well, please DO NOT come to class.

Classes run on time. Please do not arrive early as there won't be space to wait. Please collect your child on time and wait outside The Art Garage.

We are also running 1-2-1 sessions and Zoom classes. If you would like to book a group class (for any age), do get in touch for available dates.

When do you run your art classes?

We run children's classes during the school holidays, with the exception of adhoc events.

We run adult classes and bespoke classes throughout the year.

When do you release dates for holiday classes?

It is best to join our mailing list and follow social media links to get the latest news.

How many children are in the classes?

Classes are limited to 6 children per class for 2-6 year olds, so individual attention can be given to each child during the class. An adult should accompany children who are 5 years old and under.

In the 6-11 year old classes there is a limit of 8 children per class. Parents are not obliged to stay for these classes, but it's entirely up to you and your child.

Are there refreshments?

2-6 year old sessions: Yes, we have tea and coffee available for free for the grown ups

Adult classes: Yes, Prosecco or something softer too.

What is provided in classes?

We have aprons, and all materials are included.

We have a wash basin so you can even wash hands if they are very messy.
