Please see our Covid Ready policy for refunds

Changed my mind after a booking was made?

We also understand that sometimes you may have booked a class before realising you had a prior engagement. We will require 48 hours notice to cancel a class. A 10% booking fee will be deducted from the class fee to cover the non-refundable 3rd party booking fees.

My child has learning difficulties, can they attend a class?

We welcome all children to The Art House.

If your child prefers a smaller class or even 1-1 lesson we will do our best to accommodate.

Every child should have the opportunity to create!

We do not tolerate bad behaviour. If your child is disruptive, violent or uses inappropriate words in class we will not allow them back to classes. You will be called to collect your child. We do understand that art class may not be for everyone.

If you have any further questions, do get in touch.
